HETECH takes our commitment to QA (Quality Assurance) seriously and we are continually striving to improve our QA processes and accreditations throughout the entire company. HETECH practices IPC manufacturing standards, all our boards are UL approved and we have been granted ISO9001:2000 certification.
ISO900:2000 certification
	HETECH’S ongoing commitment to QA (Quality Assurance) has been formally recognised. NCS International, an independent QA auditor, has stringently audited HETECH’s management processes and granted HETECH ISO900:2000 certification. HETECH’s General Manager, Mark Steiner, considers ISO900:2000 certification an important part of HETECH’s QA programme: “...quality and service are at the core of our company’s ethos, and our aim is to offer the customer a quality product, swiftly, and at a competitive price”
IPC Manufacturing Standards
	HETECH has a dedicated IPC standards instructor, who regularly reviews HETECH's manufacturing processes to ensure the best electronic manufacturing practices at HETECH. IPC standards are set by the Association Connecting Electronics Industries, who publish guides on best practices for electronics manufacturing.
UL Approved Boards
	The UL symbol is recognised internationally : "...UL is the trusted source across the globe for product compliance. Benefiting a range of customers - from manufacturers and retailers to consumers and regulating bodies - we've tested products for public safety for more than a century". To maintain our international safety standards, HETECH manufacturers only with UL (Underwriters Laboratories) boards.
